SELF-BUILDERS
Sensus doesn’t stop at basic architectural services where self-builders are concerned. Our integrated Planning consultancy and our Directors’ background in all aspects of residential development mean that we can guide and support you through the entire process, if you wish – from plotfinding and dealing with the Planners, through to project managing your build on site.
We can provide tailored packages that give you as much or as little support as you wish, flexibly and adaptably throughout your project.
ESTATE AGENTS
As a logical extension to our focus on Development Potential and Planning Gain, one of Sensus’ specialities is in providing architectural design and planning services to Estate Agencies.
Whether it is maximising the value of your vendors’ properties by gaining the necessary approvals to deliver planning gain, or delivering rapid-response design and planning solutions to prospective purchasers, turning a property that’s nearly-but-not-quite into one that’s their dream home, we’re here to help.
We recognise that in Estate Agency, you can’t afford to be delayed when there’s a sale in the offing, so we aim to provide the fastest possible response when Planning permission or technical feasibility of an extension or alteration is the difference between a sale and a fail.
We are happy to act either as a separate consultancy service, paying commission on income obtained via your agency, or presenting ourselves as your in-house resource to expand the scope of the services your business is able to offer in the most cost-effective way possible.
